Hatha – Classic hot yoga poses taken from the Original 84, most repeated twice, done at a slower pace. Great for all levels, designed to promote stamina, flexibility, and detoxification. (hot) All Levels
Power- Vigorous vinyasa yoga sequence. Designed to open energy channels in the body. Increases overall strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Challenges both mind and body. Synchronizes body with breath. (Hot) All Levels
Yang-Energetic upbeat flow class with guided arm balances and inversions done to music. Great way to take your practice to a new level– cooler temperature.
Fusion This unique class offer a little bit of everything. Power warm up to hatha standing and combination on the floor, a great mix to work your body in a different way. Done in a cooler temperature. All Levels
Kids’s Yoga – Not heated. Our kids yoga class is a fun and exciting way to introduce our children to the benefits of yoga. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive. Fostering cooperation and compassion. Sculpt – Come join us for Yoga sculpt combining asana with light weights to strengthen and energize the body and mind. This class incorporates core strengthening, calisthenics and overall body toning, done in a cooler temperature
Yin – Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Cooler temperature. All Levels
